Comfortable house for 6 people with undisturbed open views. Cold/hot air conditioning throughout the villa except the dining/music room.
If you enjoy cooking the kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, eye level oven, 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher, washing machine and ample crockery, glasses and utensils. There are wood burners for the cooler winter evenings.
ROOMS
Lounge, dining/music room, kitchen, three bedrooms. Bedroom one with en-suite with shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet, heated towel rail. Bedrooms two and three share a large bathroom with a shower, bath, washbasin, toilet, bidet, and heated towel rail. The kitchen, lounge, dining room are also on this one floor. Access to the rooftop terrace.
TERRACES
Offering many alfresco dining and terraced areas. A shaded terrace is below the swimming pool with comfortable furniture and a BBQ. The rooftop terrace encapsulates the surrounding rolling hillside.
THE DONKEYS
The donkeys are on the owner's adjacent paddock – the children will love them. Feeding sessions arranged.
